Off-Ice Strength Conditioning
The EP Showcase Team trains our players with the focus of developing their body to preform the best on the ice. We understand that players are looking to showcase their abilities while maintain their regular off-season training -- we develop an off-ice schedule that will ensure our players sculpt their bodies to peak athletic performance while being 100% during the showcase tournaments.
A day during one of the training sessions it may look like this: warm-up, speed-power work, speed development linear and lateral, strength training, core work, aerobic conditioning, cool down and stretching.
